This page says what tcg.evergreencup.org stores, why, and for how long.
Your collection is public
Your collection is always public. Anyone can see it, and it counts toward site-wide stats, rarity and leaderboards. There is no private mode. If you don't want a public collection, don't log cards.
If you visit
Browsing collections, cards and leaderboards needs no account. We set no cookies unless you sign in, and run no analytics. Card images load from our image bucket on Cloudflare R2, and avatars load from osu! (a.ppy.sh), so those services see your IP address when the images load.
If you sign in
Sign in with osu! to log cards. osu! tells us your user ID, username and avatar. We never keep osu! tokens.
What we store
- Your osu! user ID, username and avatar URL, from osu! when you sign in. Showing who owns a collection and keeping you signed in
- The cards you log: which card, regular or holo, signed or not, and when. Your public collection, its completion, and the site-wide stats, rarity and leaderboards
- Your sessions (which browsers are signed in). Keeping you signed in for up to 30 days
- Short-lived rate-limit counters, keyed by account. Stopping floods; deleted automatically within minutes
- Moderation notes on a hidden collection: who hid it, when and why. Keeping obviously fake collections out of the stats
Cookies
- better-auth's session cookie keeps you signed in. It's HttpOnly, so page scripts can't read it.
- tcg-signed-in, which pages can read. It only says this browser may be signed in, so pages ask who you are only when it's there.
Who processes it
Service providers
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps request logs.
- MongoDB Atlas stores accounts, collections and stats.
- Cloudflare R2 serves the card images. It never receives your account data.
- osu! (ppy Pty Ltd) confirms who you are when you sign in.
Deleting your data
Remove cards from your binder any time and they leave your collection and the stats on the next update. To delete your account and every card you logged, email us at the address below from your osu! account's linked email, or message an Evergreen Cup admin on Discord.
